REGULATIONS AND YOUR RIGHTS

As an online retail business, Cyberstitch are governed by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We have summarised our policies in compliance with the regulations for your benefit below, please take a moment to read our notes.

All orders are shipped by UK parcel post.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. This is called the cooling off period.

During this period you may return the goods to us for a full refund. We have up to 30 days to make this refund to you. This will be dependant upon the goods being returned to us in a satisfactory condition - if you require advice on packaging please feel free to contact us. We reserve the right to charge you for the costs of returning the goods.

We are here to help! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we will endeavour to resolve any issues to your reasonable satisfaction.

The Distance Selling Regulations are enforced by the Office of Fair Trading. If you are unhappy with the level of service you receive from us, we would recommend the following:
